Fees & Insurance

Investing in your mental health and well-being is an important decision. Grace Hope Counseling offers specialized, whole-person psychotherapy designed to support your emotional, relational, and physical well-being through individualized, evidence-informed care.

Psychotherapy Fees

These fees will be effective as of October 1, 2026

Private Pay

Private pay provides greater flexibility in determining the type, frequency, and length of services based on your individual needs rather than insurance requirements. Private-pay clients may choose between the 55-minute Psychotherapy Session and the 85-minute Extended Integrative Therapy Session based on their treatment needs and goals.

Initial Clinical Assessment

85 minutes | $275

The initial clinical assessment provides additional time to develop a comprehensive understanding of your concerns, history, strengths, resources, and treatment goals. The assessment may include psychosocial and risk assessment, relevant treatment and health history, clinical formulation when appropriate, treatment recommendations, and collaborative planning for ongoing care.

The extended appointment also allows time to begin establishing the therapeutic relationship and determining which treatment approaches may best support your needs.

Psychotherapy Session

55 minutes | $185

A focused psychotherapy session for individuals or couples addressing emotional, relational, behavioral, and life concerns. Treatment is individualized and collaborative, incorporating evidence-based, trauma-informed, and mind-body approaches as appropriate to your needs and treatment goals.

Extended Integrative Therapy Session

85 minutes | $275

An extended psychotherapy session designed for clients who would benefit from additional time for deeper therapeutic exploration and experiential or somatic interventions.

Sessions may integrate traditional psychotherapy with approaches such as mindfulness, breathwork, therapeutic yoga and movement, somatic practices, walk-and-talk therapy, and other appropriately trained movement-based interventions, including trauma-informed boxing and strength-based practices.

The extended format provides additional time for preparation, experiential work, therapeutic processing, and integration without feeling rushed.

Insurances Accepted

Insurance

Grace Hope Counseling accepts select insurance plans for eligible psychotherapy services. Insurance benefits vary by plan, and coverage is determined by your insurance provider.

Clients are encouraged to verify their behavioral health benefits, including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and any limitations on covered services.

Some specialized, extended, integrative, or other services may not be covered by insurance. Private-pay options are available when a service is not covered or when a client chooses not to use insurance.

Reduced-Fee Services

Reduced-Fee Spots $85-$140

Grace Hope Counseling is committed to making quality mental health care more accessible while maintaining the sustainability of specialized services. A limited number of reduced-fee psychotherapy spaces are available for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Reduced-fee availability is based on eligibility criteria, clinical fit, and current availability. Because these spaces are intentionally limited, reduced-fee arrangements are not guaranteed and may be reviewed periodically.

Eligibility criteria and the application for reduced-fee spots can be found here.

Questions About Fees or Coverage?

We understand that choosing the right type of care includes considering both your clinical needs and financial circumstances.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of non-emergency healthcare services. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during your care.

If you have questions about fees, insurance, private-pay services, or reduced-fee availability, please contact Grace Hope Counseling of Florida for additional information.
