The Graceful Hope Foundation is the nonprofit arm connected with Grace Hope Counseling of Florida. While the counseling practice provides clinical care, the Foundation focuses on non-clinical initiatives that promote reproductive and perinatal mental health through education, advocacy, collaboration, and community-centered support.

The mission of The Graceful Hope Foundation is to advance reproductive and perinatal mental health through research, education, advocacy, collaboration, and holistic support (R.E.A.C.H.) initiatives that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
We work to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and build supportive networks so that people navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth, loss, and the postpartum period are not walking alone.
We no longer provide clinical services through the Foundation.
All counseling and therapy services are offered exclusively through Grace Hope Counseling of Florida.
We envision a world where every individual and family has access to compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed support across the reproductive and perinatal journey.
In this vision:
Reproductive mental health includes the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing across the entire reproductive lifespan. This may involve:
Perinatal mental health is a specialized area within reproductive mental health that focuses on the period during pregnancy and up to one year postpartum. It includes:
At The Graceful Hope Foundation, we recognize that reproductive and perinatal mental health affect entire families and communities. Our initiatives are designed to support birthing people, partners, parents, caregivers, providers, and communities.
The Graceful Hope Foundation’s work is grounded in the R.E.A.C.H. Framework, which guides all initiatives, partnerships, and outreach.
R – Research
We engage with and uplift research that advances understanding of reproductive and perinatal mental health, trauma, and health equity. We seek to inform practice, policy, and community initiatives using data and lived experience.
E – Education

This includes workshops, webinars, professional development, and community-based education on topics such as infertility, loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, paternal mental health, and trauma-informed care.

We advocate for policies, practices, and systems that improve access to compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed reproductive and perinatal mental health support. This includes awareness campaigns, collaborative advocacy efforts, and amplifying the voices of those with lived experience.
C – Collaboration
We believe transformation happens in community. We collaborate with healthcare providers, mental health professionals, doulas, midwives, hospitals, universities, faith communities, and local organizations to build coordinated, integrative support.
H – Holistic Support
We honor the whole person—mind, body, spirit, relationships, and culture. Our initiatives emphasize holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches that recognize the complexity of reproductive and perinatal experiences.
