The Graceful Hope Foundation (TGHF) is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit mental health organization.   At The Graceful Hope Foundation, we believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. Our mission is to support youth and families in Polk County, Florida, who are experiencing homelessness or financial insecurity, by providing counseling services that empower, heal, and foster resilience.

Our Services

Our Guiding Principles for Mental Health Care

  • Making sure everyone can access care regardless of income, insurance, or location

  • Addressing social, economic, and cultural factors that affect overall well-being.

What We Offer

The Graceful Hope Foundation is committed to helping low-income families in our community who would not otherwise be able to afford counseling and psychotherapy services by offering low-cost counseling services. Our services are provided by masters-level graduate student therapists and include mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. 


  • Individual Counseling: Tailored mental health care for youth and adults addressing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. 
  • Couples Counseling: Support for partners navigating stress, communication issues, and family challenges.
  • Youth and Family Counseling: Focused care to address developmental, relational, and systemic issues impacting families, including the impact of homelessness.
  • Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment: Comprehensive mental health assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and appropriate treatment plans.
  • Trauma-Informed Care: Specialized approaches for clients who have experienced homelessness, abuse, or neglect.

Payment Options

Affordable Mental Health Care

Here at The Graceful Hope Foundation (TGHF), we believe that everyone deserves to live their best life, and our goal is to help you achieve that. TGHF has created a  fee scale structure for individuals and families who are looking for quality and affordable mental health care. Assistance for mental health services will be provided in one of the following options:


  1. Pay As You Go
  2. Pay What You Can
  3. GHF Wellness Scholarship
  4. Pro Bono Service

 

Eligible Income Guidelines: Those falling within the Federal Poverty Guidelines or the ALICE thresholds for Polk County, Florida.
